Our role is to obtain information from the parties; review loan documents and contracts; examine, review and clear title to the property; review property surveys where applicable; prepare the legal documents; conduct the closing; collect and disburse funds as shown on the settlement statement; record deeds timely; issue title insurance policies and a variety of other responsibilities related to a closing.
