Terrie is a founding partner of Murphy & Shank, LLC and has been practicing real estate law for more than 14 years. She specializes in the areas of residential real estate and finance, representing lenders, builders, home buyers, homeowners and REO sellers in all phases of real estate development including acquisition and development, construction loans, purchase money loans, short sales, REOs and refinances. Terrie is an active member of the metro Atlanta real estate community and is a published author and speaker on numerous matters relating to real estate including contracts, HUD-1s, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and professionalism.
